You can travel light! Since your suite comes fully furnished with main pieces like your bed, desk, and common area seating, you’ll only need to bring your personal items. This includes necessities like your bed sheets and linens, towels, and all essential kitchen supplies such as cutlery, cookware, and dishes. Don't forget cleaning supplies and decor to personalize your new home!

At Student Housing Calgary, we offer 3-year agreements with free annual opt-out windows so you can plan your stay (and your budget) accordingly! The minimum stay is a 12–month cycle beginning in September 2026 – August 2027. Additional move-in dates throughout the school year may be accommodated based on availability.

To complete your application, we require documentation from both the student and the guarantor (co-signer). For students: We require government photo ID and proof of enrollment at any recognized post-secondary institution. For Guarantors: We require government photo ID, proof of income, and a credit score above 650 (Canadian & US guarantors only).
